We are a growing team of scientists and engineers with diverse expertise in engineering, biology, physics, and software. We value innovation, focus, caring for others, and we’re working hard to expand the power of proteomics for data-driven biology.

Akwasi Apori

President & CEO

Kwasi completed his PhD in Bioengineering at UC
Berkeley/UCSF where he developed microscale assays for quantitative biology. He previously worked as a systems engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems and was a founder and principal investigator at Quantsupport. He obtained his BS/MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.

M. Kursad Araz

Chief Technical Officer

Kursad did his postdoctoral research in UC Berkeley Bioengineering Department where he was the lead inventor of Correlia’s ANDI gel technology through a collaboration with Novartis. Kursad completed his PhD at Cornell University developing MEMS and microfluidic technologies for biological applications.

Samuel Tia

Chief Science Officer

Before his PhD in Bioengineering (UC Berkeley/UCSF), Sam helped develop medical technologies with Medtronic and RTI Surgical. He also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Sriram Kumaraswamy

Commercial Advisor

Sri brings extensive experience in commercializing new technologies for life science markets, most recently as the Head of Strategy Development for the Lab Products and Services division of Sartorius.
